Very neat and predictable. Will attack the front side / curved windows next weekend. Now I need to decide whether or not to leave the small amount of acrylic glass in the weatherstripping or remove it and fill the space with ? ? ? Any ideas.

We cut out the rubber edging you can see on the inside and outsides between the glass and frame. Put clear packing tape over the entire inside glass. Used a small, flatblade screwdriver, tip toward the side and in between the glass and frame and with a light tap, glass shatters. I heard NOT to use a punch for it will go through both panes. Once the glass pieces and entire seal is picked out, the outside pane is free to move inside the frame. Clean it and the frame inside up. Put Vulkem bead on outside of the glass pane that is left and seat the glass by pushing the glass from the inside of the camper. You can see if a good seal is made (you may want to put painter tape on the aluminum trim outside so not to get Vulkem all over it). We ordered a filler gasket from CanAmrv.com (out of Canada). Call them and tell them your year AS and they will know the right stuff, just measure the length you need. We put a bead of Vulkem inside the frame and then pressed this gasket in the gap left. Perfect fit and looks great. Pictures here:
