Read it on Blackberry in stop and go on HW 5 on way to LA for Turkey day! I have one shattered but intact window (starboard) side wing window. Any thoughts or leads or part number for replacement? Or how about fabricating plastic replacement pain?

Does this apply to '84's. I picked up a 30' 1984 and contemplated a window fix. I am probably going to go with the plastic metallic window film on the outside.

Just what I need to do. Thanks! One question though... where can I get " the new, one piece, rubber seal " that you speak of?

I guess some rocks hit it or something. Question is , where do I find new windows or would plexiglass work as well. My windows are single pane. Since the windows have a slight curve I wonder if plexiglas would work. Nice article and thanks

after much seaching for a road side wing window for my 71' overlander I ordered from http://www.outofdoorsmart.com/
no one else came close for price & he didn't try to gouge me on shipping ether. really the next closest thing was more then twice the cost! Thus, ive become a shameless promoter of out of doors mart (I haven't got the gumption to install the thing yet though). Which brings me to my question for streameruk: did you use a "olympic" rivet gun or a regular one?
thanks for the info...
